摘 要: 本文就AKD增效剂对AKD表面施胶的影响作用,从熟化时间、体系的pH值、增效剂的用量等方面来探讨增效剂对AKD表面施胶的作用。结果表明:在达到相同的Cobb值前提下,使用增效剂协同表面施胶淀粉和AKD进行表面施胶时,可以使AKD的用量从5kg/t减少到3kg/t;当表面施胶液的pH值为6,增效剂的用量为8%(质量分数,相对于AKD的用量)时,可使熟化时间降低到20h左右,纸页的Cobb值(60 s)降低约66%、表面强度提高114%。 To study AKD synergist effect on AKD surface sizing, we have discussed the effect of synergist on AKD surface sizing from the curing time, pH value of the system, the dosage of synergistic agent and other aspects. The results show that, the dosage of AKD can decrease from 5kg/t to 3kg/t with the addition of synergist, at the same Cobb value. The curing time can decrease to 20 hours in pH 6.0 solution with 8% (wt/wt, on AKD dosage) of synergistic agent, the Cobb value (60s) decreased by 66%, and the surface strength increased by 114%.
