摘 要: 根据静止同步补偿器(static synchronous compensator,简称STATCOM)和静止无功补偿装置(static var compensation,简称SVC)的基本工作原理和特性,对钢铁企业4 200 kW交—交变频同步电机改造工程中的电网无功补偿提出了两套设计方案。SVC设计方案采用TCR+FC静止型动态无功补偿装置,STATCOM设计方案采用±9 Mvar的STATCOM和9 Mvar无源FC构成混合动态无功补偿装置。并且在响应速度、谐波谐振的可能性、控制的鲁棒性、功耗、占地面积、价格比等方面进行了两套方案的比较。 Based on the basic principles and characteristics of static synchronous compensator(STATCOM)and static var compensation(SVC),two sets of schemes on reactive power compensation of electric power network in renewal project of 4 200 kW AC-AC variable frequency synchronous motor are proposed for steel enterprises.TCR+FC Static type dynamic reactive power compensation device is adopted in SVC design,while the passive FC hybrid dynamic reactive power compensation equipment for ±9 Mvar STATCOM and 9 Mvar are adopted in STATCOM design.The difference of the two schemes is compared on the aspects of response speed,possibility of harmonic resonance,robustness of control,power consumption,land area and price etc.
