摘 要: 统计了广州市区内500栋居住建筑的基本建筑信息及能耗现状,对其按照建筑建成年代不同进行划分,分析其单位面积能耗状况。通过对比研究发现,在现有的居住条件下,还有很大的节能潜力。通过居住建筑的体形、朝向、外围护结构以及采用新能源方式对建筑能耗的影响来分析建筑的节能潜力。分析得出,在上述几个影响条件中,外围护结构是广州地区节能工作的重点。在外围护结构中,以外窗的节能设计最为重要。 Based on the statistics of building information and energy consumption status, 500 residential buildings in Guangzhou urban area are divided into four categories in accordance with the construction age. Through the analysis of the per unit area energy consumption sta- tus, it is found that there is great potential for energy-sacing in existing living conditions. The energy-saving potential is analyzed in accor- dance with the impact of building size, orientation, external retaining structure and the use of new energy on energy consumption, and the conclusion shows that external retaining structure is the focus of energy conservation in Guangzhou, with external window of the greatest importance in external retaining structure.
