摘　　要： 化学与环境学院实验中心在大型仪器运行、维护与管理工作中,以单晶衍射仪为例,对如何维护和管理好单晶衍射仪,充分发挥单晶衍射仪设备作用和效益进行了探讨,为管理和维护好其他大型仪器起到以点带面的借鉴作用。提出了一种大型仪器使用效益评价的新方法。 Some maintenance and management experiences of large instruments were introduced. This paper also analyzed the main problems of the maintenance and management about the single crystal diffractive instrument and discussed how to exert the action and benefit of the apparatuses ,which if of benefit to the maintenance and management for other large instruments and equipments. The article also put forward a new evaluating method of utilization efficiency of large instruments and equipments.
