摘　　要： 对大部分的实体企业而言,期货市场变幻莫测的价格和特殊的交易制度使得他们在参与期货交易时感到迷茫,本文阐述了实体企业参与期货交易的模式和期货市场对企业的影响,分析期货市场对实体企业的重要性,重点研究实体企业如何利用好期货和现货两个市场,实现经营模式的转变。 As for enterprises, the futures markest is still a black box, since the votility prices changes and special trading rulls. In this paper, the authors display the roads that enterprises enter into the futures market and the effect on business performance.Specifically the authors use some cases to discuss the operation changes of the enterprises by using futures markets.
