固相氨气采样管的研制及效果评价

摘  要: 目的研制一种适合大批量室内和环境空气中氨气(NH3)现场采样的固相气体采样管,以适应现场采样的需要。方法固相氨气采样管由两端套有硅胶塞玻璃管及其内部填充经过改性的聚丙烯纤维丝束并涂布NH3吸收液,作为固相填充物的载体而组成。建立固相氨气采样管对NH3的采样方法。采用靛酚蓝分光光度法(国标法)评价其性能。结果固相氨气采样管法的洗脱效率和采集效率为≥(96.50±1.73)%和(96.30±0.61)%;用建立的方法测定(0.13±0.01)mg/m3、(0.49±0.03)mg/m3、(0.86±0.05)mg/m33种水平的NH3,并与国标法比较,两者测定结果分别相差了7.69%、4.08%和6.98%。结论研制的固相氨气采样管采样效率较高,测量结果准确,为环境和室内空气中进行大批量NH3的现场采样提供了一种新的方法。 Objective To develop a kind of solid phase absorbent sampling tube suited to a large number of sampling and analysis for indoor and ambient air NH3.Methods This solid phase absorbent gas sampler was consisted of two parts: a glass tube covered with silica-gel plugs as a support part; surface denatured polypropylene fibre in glass tube coated with absorbing solution for NH3 as an absorbent part. Then a method for sampling NH3 was established by this sampler.Indophenol blue spectrophotometry determination method (national standard method) was adopted to test its function. Results The elution rate, and collection rate of solid phase absorbent sampler were greater than (96.50 ± 1.73)%, and (96.30±0.61)% respectively. There were 7.69%,4.08%,6.98% differences respectively in NH3 determination between this method and Indophenol blue spectrophotometry method at (0.13±0.01)mg/m^3,(0.49±0.03)mg/m^3,(0.86±0.05)mg/m^3 three given levels of NH3. Conclusion This solid phase sampling tube is efficient and suitable for the field sampling of NH3 in indoor and ambient air.
