摘　　要： 社会变迁是人类社会发展的必然,一定区域社会群在生存发展过程中形成的生活方式、经济模式文化理念与生活在日日演替。番禺是百年中国尤其改革开放30余年来社会变迁与快速城市化的标板。其社会变迁中的文化调适,是地方社会在国家力量之下适应政治经济环境变化的历史文化过程。通过对番禺社会变迁的考察,提出文化自身调适内趋力与政府社会管理创新有效性互动,实现多元文化调适社会和谐可持续发展的稳定制衡格局。 Social changes are unavoidable in human development. There is a frequent succession in social groups of certain areas that form their own life styles, economic mode, cultural concept and life in the survival and development. Panyu district has shown as the model of the social changes and quickest urbanization in China during this century, especially since the 30 years of reform and opening up. The cultural accommodation in social changes is a historical and cultural course through national power forthe adaptation in political, economical and environmental changes. Through mvestigations ot me social changes in Panyu, this article has put forward the idea that it is through effective interaction in the internal drive of cultural accommodation and government management innovation that we can realize an interactively-balanced harmonious social pattern with multicultural accommodation.
