摘 要: 比较分析了目前常用的几种瞬时停电再起动方法。针对无速度传感器U/F控制高压变频器的特别情况,提出了一种具有降压限流功能的基于定子电流矢量估算的方法,不需要添加任何硬件。用MATLAB软件对该方法进行了仿真研究,并在实际系统中试验成功。仿真和试验结果均表明了该方法的有效性。 Several methods of inverter restart after a momentary power interruption at present were compared and analyzed. To the special condition of the U/F high voltage inverter with sensorless speed control,a frequency search method with step-down and current-limit control was proposed based on the stator current vectors to restart the freerunning motor automatically after the power recovery ,without any additional hardware,and make a special effort to do the simulation of this method by MATLAB software,and get a good results in the real system. The results of simulation and experiment showed the effectiveness of this method.
