摘 要: 中山市某养殖场饲养的锦鲤于2007年突发传染病,为确诊该病并对其进行有效防制,本研究进行了病原分离及生物学特性鉴定。从发病锦鲤溃烂部位分离到2株细菌GDzs0824和GDzs0826。将2株菌人工感染锦鲤,5d后锦鲤全部死亡,而且临床症状与自然病例相似。2株菌均呈革兰氏阴性,短杆状;对葡萄糖、蔗糖、甘露醇、麦芽糖、MR、O/F、盐水和赖氨酸脱羧酶等的生化反应性与其它水生动物源的嗜水气单胞菌(Aeramonas hydrophila)相同;最适生长pH值为5~9;最适生长温度为33℃;16S rRNA基因序列分析结果显示:分离菌株在系统发育树上与A.hydrophila属同一分支,相似性达99.6%以上。综合2菌株形态学、人工感染、生理生化和16S rRNA基因分析结果,将其鉴定为A.hydrophila。药敏试验结果表明2菌株对盐酸环丙沙星、氯霉素、妥布霉素、呋喃唑酮和诺氟沙星等高度敏感。 Two isolates of Aeramonas hydrophila (GDzs0824 and GDzs0826) were isolated from affected carps (Cyprius carpio L) in Zhongshan area during an outbreak in 2007. Both isolates could induce symptom of natural disease in ornamental carps and caused death in 5 days. Biological characterization showed that both isolates were similar to A. hydrophila isolated in other aquatic animal. Analysis of 16S rRNA gene showed that the two isolates shared more than 99.6 % identity with A. hydrophila. Based on morphological, biochemical and phylogenetic analysis, the two isolates were identified as A. hydrophila. The antibiotic sensitivity test showed that both were hypersensitive to hydrochloric ciprofloxacin, chloramphenicol, tenemycin, furazolidone and norfloxacin.
