摘 要: 片状铝粉具有较高的径厚比、二维平面结构、良好的屏蔽效应以及特殊的随角效应,广泛应用于涂料、高档汽车面漆、油墨、印刷等行业。本文利用滚筒球磨法制备片状铝粉,当其它工艺条件相同的情况下,使用不同的球磨介质(陶瓷球、不锈钢球、硬质合金球)进行了一系列的工艺试验,并对其所制得的片状铝粉进行分析、比较,实验结果表明;以硬质合金球作球磨介质,对〉44~25μm(325~500目)的球形原料铝粉进行湿法滚筒球磨30 h,所得铝粉基本上全为片状铝,粒径主要集中在小于15μm,厚度1~3μm,基本满足"达克罗"技术对片状铝粉的要求。 Aluminum flake powder has high diameter-thickness ratio,two-dimensional structure,good shielding effect and special by horn effect.It has been widely used in coating,top-grade car surface painting,ink and printing etc.industries.By ball milling process,while the other process conditions keep the same,aluminum flake powder is fabricated with different milling mediums(ceramic ball,stainless steel ball,hard alloy ball),and the obtained aluminum flake powder is analyzed and compared in this paper.The experimental results show that:using hard alloy ball as milling mediums,grinding raw aluminum powder size 325~500 mesh per inch by wet ball milling for 30 hours,the obtained products are mostly aluminum flake powder,which has a particle size of less than 15 μm,thickness 1~3 μm,and meet the basic requirements for DACROMET paint.
