面接触边界润滑模型研究

摘  要: 根据经典的热传导公式,求解面接触边界润滑条件下的接触温度,再根据吸附热和摩擦因数、接触温度之间的关系建立一种求解边界润滑摩擦因数的模型。利用模型计算一个实例,通过分析发现,在载荷较低时,摩擦因数随滑动速度或载荷的变化变动很小,载荷较高时,摩擦因数随滑动速度或载荷的增大而增加;摩擦因数随接触温度的增加而增加;相对油亏量和摩擦因数有着基本一致的变化规律。通过在自制滑块-摩擦盘机构上的实验证实,实验结果和理论结果有相似的变化规律。 The contact temperature of boundary lubrication in surface contact was calculated according to classic heat conduction theory. A model was developed based on the relationship of adsorption heat,friction coefficient and contact temperature. An example was calculated and analyzed by the model. The results show that when the load is relatively small,the friction coefficient fluctuates in a small range according to the change of the sliding speed and the load. When the load is relatively high,the increase of the sliding speed or the load leads to the increase of the friction coefficient. The friction coefficient increases with the increase of contact temperature. The relative deficiency of oil has almost the same change trend of the friction coefficient.Tests were carried out on a self-designed slider-on-disk machine.The experimental results shows good coincidence with the theoretical results.
