摘　　要： 通过对广州和番禺农民工精神文化生活的调查,掌握他们就业信息少、精神文化生活匮乏和技能培训机制不健全等问题。文章论述了社区图书馆应加强馆藏信息资源建设和队伍建设,拓展服务内容,以满足这些农民工获取就业信息、掌握劳动技能和精神文化需求。 The migrant rural labour are in face of much trouble such as lack of information of obtaining employment, pinch of psychological and cultural life and distempered skill training mechanism by the psychological and cultural life investigation of the migrant rural workers in Guangzhou and Panyu. But they are the contributor and main force of city building. This context discuss the importance of community library and strengthen literature resource construction and the innovation in order to meet the requirement of their obtaining employ information, in control of labour skill and psychological and cultural life.
