摘 要: 以木薯淀粉和丙烯酸为主要原料,合成改性淀粉超强吸水性树脂,考察环境温度、pH值、溶液中离子种类和浓度、有机溶剂等因素对树脂吸液能力的影响及树脂的重复使用能力。实验结果显示:在温度<60℃时,环境温度对吸水性能影响不明显,保持高吸水性的pH值为5~11,溶液中金属离子的存在对吸水能力影响显著,实验范围内有机溶剂对吸液能力的影响趋势相似,不同溶剂临界点浓度不同,树脂重复使用4次,吸水率仍大于1 000 g/g。 Super modified starch absorbent resins were synthesized with cassava starch and acrylic acid (AA) as raw material and potassium permanganate as the initiator. The effects of environmental temperature, pH, the electrolyte solution, organic solvents on water absorption were investigated. Meanwhile the reuse capacity of resins was observed. The results showed that the influences of temperature is weak when T 〈 60℃ , and the absorbency is high in the range of pH values of 5 - 11. The absorption rate decreased significantly with the increase of metal cationic charge and concentration in electrolyte solution and organic solvents concentration, and there is different critical concenstration with organic solvent varies.
