摘 要: 通过静脉注射的方法研究了大肠杆菌内毒素(ET)对山羊红细胞膜损伤的膜泵分子活性的变化及6542(山莨菪碱)的保护效应。结果表明,ET处理组(Ⅱ组)在1h、3h红细胞膜Na+-K+-ATPase(腺苷三磷酸酶,简称ATP酶),Ca2+,Mg2+-ATPase活性均高于对照组(Ⅰ组)(P<005,P<001),5h有下降趋势并一直持续到9h。12h开始回升,且低于Ⅰ组(P<005,P<001)。6542处理组(Ⅲ组),除在9h、12h三种ATPase活性与Ⅰ组差异不显著(P>005)外,在整个实验过程中均高于Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组(P<005,P<001)。结果提示,ET具有使膜泵分子三种ATPase活性先激活后顿抑的效应,而6542有明显保护膜泵分子活性的作用。 ThealterationsofNa+-K+-ATPase,Ca2+-ATPaseandMg2+-ATPaseactivitiesinerythrocytemembraneofgoatsandprotectionofanisodaminewerestudiedbyintravenousinjectionof E.Coli endotoxin(1800EU/kgbodyweight)andaloneaswellasincombination E.Coli endotoxintreatmentgroup(group)ledtoamarkedincreaseofthreeATPaseactivitiesoferythrocytemembraneat1hand3h,asignificantdecreaseat5h,7h,9h,12h invivo,ascomparedtothenormalcontrol(group).ThreeATPaseactivitiesin E.Coli endotoxinandanisodaminecoexposuregroup(group)werehigherthanthoseofgroupandgroup,exceptnosignificantdifferenceat9hand12hascomparedtogroupduringallexperiment.Theseresultsindicatedthat EColi endotoxincouldactivatethreeATPaseactivitiesonthemembraneintheprimarystageofadiministrationofendotoxin,soonafterwards,endotoxininhibitedthreeATPaseactivities,whereasanisodaminehadaprominenteffectofprotectiononthethreeATPaseoferythrocytemembraneofgoats invivo.
