不同化工过程本质安全评价方法的比较与分析

摘  要: 给予众多的本质安全评价方法合理的归类,将其分为指标型、模糊理论型、图示型3类。其中,从覆盖范围的角度把指标型方法分为S(safe),SE(safe,environment),SEH(safe,environment and health)3种。其次,阐述方法所含有的参数及最终指标的计算方法。再次,对3类评价方法进行评价思路、易用性和结果灵敏性的比较。阐述评价方法改进的方向及内涵,从中找到方法中存在的4个主要问题:(1)指标取值的主观性;(2)使用的数学函数为阶梯函数;(3)评价参数及领域不全面;(4)评价过程逻辑性不强。最后得出本质安全评价方法的3个发展方向:覆盖范围的综合性、评价过程的逻辑性、指标取值的客观性。 Classifiled the exciting evaluating methods,and devided them into three categories:indices category,fuzzy-logic category and the graphicalcategory.Because the covered domain of methods which are included in the indices category is different,The indices category is devided into three kinds:S(safe),SE(safe environment) and SHE(safe environment health).The inherent safety evaluating methods are introduced,explained their parameters and the computation methods.Then,compared the three categories from three aspects:the evaluating structure,user-friendiiness,the sensibility of result.Descripted the direction of the methods' improvement,and point out that,there are four major problems in the existing methods, i.e.(1) There are subjectivity in the choice of parameters' score.(2) The mathematics function is step fuction.(3) The parameters and covered domain are not sufficient.(4) The logic in the evaluating process is weak.At last,summarized the developed trends of evaluating methods:the covered domain is more wider,the evaluating process is more logical and the score of indices is more objective.
