干气制乙苯反应器自适应在线操作实时动态模拟

摘  要: 中石油某厂干气制乙苯生产过程中,随着反应器中催化剂的逐渐失活,操作人员通常凭现场化验分析结果及以往积累经验来调节操作温度,以保证工况要求乙烯转化率工艺指标,其过程存在较大滞后性和人为性。为消除以上所述不利因素,以该厂第3代干气制乙苯工艺为背景,针对烷基化反应器中催化剂的逐渐失活,在Matlab环境下建立严格的机理模型,并借助OPC技术及模型参数自适应校正,来实现烷基化反应过程的实时动态模拟,从而在线预测出装置的下一步合理操作温度以指导生产。其中,在建立过程严格动态机理模型的基础上,采用的OPC技术实现了实时动态模拟所需的在线数据采集与传输;而利用模型参数自适应校正则时刻保证了模拟的精度要求。二者的应用满足了建立的烷基化反应过程实时动态模拟的实时性与模型准确性要求。该系统的实现在将来应用中可使装置操作温度的调控变得更加精确、及时和有效,不但能够时刻保证生产中工况要求乙烯转化率工艺指标,而且能起到指导生产、在线优化装置操作的作用。通过在线预测来合理调节装置操作温度,既能降低燃料费用,又可延长催化剂使用寿命,有利于实现装置的"卡边"操作,将为企业带来显著的经济效益。 In the process of dry gas-to-ethylbenzene production of a Petro China factory,along with the gradual deactivation of the catalyst in reactor, operator usually regulates the operation temperature according to the on-site assay result and the accumulative experience in order to ensure the process index of ethylene conversion rate,so it has an obvious hysteretic nature and artificiality.In order to eliminate the disadvantage factors what were said above,the article took the factory's third-generation technology of ethyl benzene production from dry gas as background,built a strict mechanism model in Matlab environment according to the gradual deactivation of the catalyst in reactor,and then realized the real-time dynamic simulation of alkylation reaction process with the use of OPC(object linking and embedding for process control) technology and adaptive model parameters correction.Therefore,the next on-line reasonable equipments operation temperature was predicted by the established module so as to guide the production.The established system was on the basis of strict mechanism model,in which the OPC technology realized the on-line data's acquisition and transmission needed for real-time dynamic simulation and the adaptive model parameters correction ensured the model's accuracy. Therefore,both the real-time ability and the accuracy of the dynamic simulation of alkylation reaction process were achieved.Through the proposed method,the regulation of equipment operation temperature will become more accurate,timely and effective.Not only can it ensure the required ethylene conversion rate but also it will be used to guide the production and optimize the equipment operation in its future application.In this way,the fuel cost can be reduced and the catalyst's lifetime will be extended by regulating reasonable operation temperature through on-line prediction.The method will avail equipments boundary operation,and can bring distinct profit for the enterprise.
