梯级电站联合发电模型(下)——基于总耗水量最小化目标的优化模型

摘  要: 提出基于水能转换最大化的梯级水电站联合发电数学模型。通过计算不同时期发电机组耗水量与发电功率之间的关系进而对水电站进行耗水量分析,以梯级水电站群耗水量最小为目标、以电力系统有功功率平衡和水库调度耗水量平衡为约束条件建立函数,应用拉格朗日函数法和计算机算法,推导具有水力联系的梯级水电站之间的比耗量微增率关系式,同时考虑其他不等式约束条件,提出梯级水电站联合发电优化模型,并对四节点的电力系统进行实例计算与分析。 A mathematical model for electric energy production scheduling of cascade hydropower plants based on the maximization of hydropower conversion was proposed.The relations between water consumption and electric energy production of hydropower generating sets in different periods were calculated,and the water consumption of hydropower plants was then analyzed.Based on the objective of minimization of water consumption of cascade hydropower plants and the constraints of active power balance of electric systems and water consumption balance of reservoirs,a function was established.An increment rate function for specific consumption of cascade hydropower plants was derived by use of the Lagrangian function and the relevant algorithms,and an optimal model for electric energy production scheduling considering inequality constraints was put forward. A case of electric power system with 4 nodes was calculated and analyzed.
