摘 要: 对近几年超声加工技术在硬脆材料加工方面的研究进展进行综述,阐述不同超声振动形式的加工特点和国内外的研究现状,如超声纵向振动、扭转振动、纵扭复合、椭圆振动等,最后对我国超声加工技术今后的发展提出一些建议。 The processes of ultrasonic machining technologies in process of brittle materials in recent years was summarized.The features and research situations of different ultrasonic vibration machining were illustrated,such as ultrasonic longitudinal vibration,torsional vibration,longitudinal-torsional compound vibration and elliptical vibration.Some advices were given about the development of ultrasonic machining technologies in domestic.
