摘　　要： 对影响薄荷挥发油萃取的浸泡时间、溶剂用量、微波处理时间和烘干温度4个因素进行了研究。结果表明,各因素对挥发油萃取率的影响由强到弱依次为:浸泡时间>烘干温度>溶剂用量>微波处理时间。薄荷挥发油萃取最佳组合为A3B3C2D1,即浸泡时间5h、溶剂用量600mL、微波处理时间40s、烘干温度30℃。该组合挥发油萃取率为2.23%。 The impact of Mentha haplocalyx Britq.essential oil extraction on the soaking time, solvent usage, microwave processing time and drying temperature of four factors were studied.The results showed that various factors on the impact of volatile oil extraction rate from strong to weak were as follows： soaking time, drying temperature, solvent, microwave processing time.The best combination of M.haplocalyx Britq.essential oil extraction was A3B3C2D1,that was the soaking time 5h, solvent 600mL, microwave processing time 40s, drying temperature 30℃ .The volatile oil extraction rate of the combination was 2.23%.
