摘 要: 合成含萘环结构的手性Salen-Mn(III)配合物,[Mn(III)L]+Cl(L=N,N’-bis-(2-hydroxynaphthalene-1-carbaldehyde)-(1R,2R)-(-)-diaminocyclohexane(R)和N,N’-bis-(2-hydroxynaphthalene-1-carbaldehyde)-(1S,2S)-(+)-diamino-cyclohexane(S)),运用紫外光谱滴定和粘度实验,研究配合物与DNA的插入作用。并通过凝胶电泳观察配合物对pBR322DNA的断裂情况,结果表明配合物以插入模式与DNA结合,呈现出手性差异;在H2O2存在下,配合物能够使pBR322DNA断裂。 Two chiral bridge-substituted manganese(III) complexes [Mn(III)L]+Cl (L=N,N’-bis-(2 -hydroxynaphthalene-1-carbaldehyde)-(1R,2R)-(-)-diaminocyclohexane (R) and N,N’-bis-(2-hydroxynaphthalene-1-carbaldehyde)-(1S,2S)-(+)-diaminocyclohexane (S)) are synthesized. The interaction of these complexes with calf thymus DNA is investigated by spectroscopic and viscosity measurements. Results of spectroscopic and viscosity measurements suggest that the two complexes bind to DNA via an intercalative mode and display enantioselectivity. These Mn(III) complexes are found to promote the cleavage of plasmid DNA pBR322 in the presence of H2O2.
