摘 要: 介绍了一种安装搬运机械手的设计。阐述了安装搬运机械手的结构和工作原理,以PLC为核心,进行了气动控制回路和电气控制系统的硬件开发和软件设计。通过在模块化生产系统中应用,实现了工件的平稳搬运和准确安装等功能,运行效果良好。 This paper introduced the design of installation transportation manipulator,and described its structure and working principle.The hardware development and software design of aerodynamic control circuit and electric control system were based on PLC.The application of this manipulator in the modularize production system showed that the workpiece achieved great efficency in transportation stably and installation.
