摘　　要： 高校图书馆流通部馆员的责任心,将直接影响着图书馆与馆员的形象树立和地位的提高。图书馆工作只有从每一个细节出发,汇集成一个整体化、细微化的服务脉络,才能提升图书馆在读者心目中的整体形象,才能更深更广地扩大服务领域,也才能吸引更多的读者走进图书馆,利用图书馆。 The responsibility of College Librarian will have a direct impact on the image of libraries and librarians to establish and advancement.In order to enhance the library＇s overall image in the reader,the library should do every detail work,to expand service areas,so this can attract more readers into the library.
