摘 要: 在精密制造中,对接触式测量系统的工件突然送进测位的速度进行了研究,提出了只有适当地控制该速度,才不致于发生动态测量误差和零件表面碰伤以确保制造精度,并推导出了工件送进测位时的临界速度的计算公式,为科学地确定被测工件在接触式测量系统中的送进测位的速度,提供了科学的依据,经实践检验证明,该理论与实际具有良好的吻合性。 The sudden feed in speed of workpiece at the measure place is studied in the exact manufacture of the contact measure system.The author argues that the error of dynamic measure does not occur,and that the surface of parts is not damaged when collided as long as this velocity is controlled properly to assure precision of manufacture.The critical formula of feed in workpiece velocity at the measure place is put forward and applied effectively in determining this speed.
