摘 要: 以前期研究得到的一株还原Cr(Ⅵ)的优势菌Brevibacillus sp.为研究对象,并利用超声波法获得其胞外多聚物(EPS),分析了EPS对Cr(Ⅵ)的还原吸附贡献。试验结果表明:优势菌的EPS对Cr(Ⅵ)和总Cr的吸附去除率分别为18.58%和21.12%,吸附贡献率分别为48.49%和64.75%。对于完整菌体而言,EPS是发生Cr(Ⅵ)吸附的主要位点,其对Cr(Ⅵ)具有较好的还原作用。研究成果对于推动优势菌还原去除Cr(Ⅵ)机理的进一步探究奠定了基础。 The extracellular polymeric substances (EPS) of Brevibacillus sp., a predominant strain for Cr ( Ⅵ ) removal were obtained using ultrasonic method, and the contribution of EPS to reduction and adsorption of Cr ( Ⅵ ) was analyzed. The results show that the removal rates of Cr ( Ⅵ ) and total Cr are 18.58% and 21.12% respectively, and the adsorption contribution rates are 48.49% and 64.75% respectively. For intact bacteria, the EPS are the main points for adsorption of Cr (Ⅵ) and have excellent reduction effect of Cr ( Ⅵ ). The results lay a foundation for the further study on the mechanism of Cr ( Ⅵ ) reduction and removal by the predominant strain.
