石羊河流域近40a来水资源供需格局演变

摘  要: 通过计算石羊河流域凉州区和民勤县1964-2006年的水资源供需格局,分析了导致民勤地区缺水量变化的原因。结果表明:(1)40 a来凉州区和民勤县水资源需求量总体上趋于增加,尤其以20世纪90年代以后水资源需求增幅最大;(2)40 a来凉州区和民勤县水资源供需矛盾不断加剧的趋势几乎一致,凉州区从1995年起出现缺水现象,而民勤县一直处于缺水的状态;(3)导致民勤县缺水加剧的主要因素为出山径流的降低、凉州区需水量的增加以及民勤县需水量的增加。 Because of the gap between water supply and demand, the problem of ecological environment deterioration in Minqin area of Shiyang River basin has aroused widespread concern in our society. Meanwhile, most of pre- venient research work focused on qualitatively analyzing the problem of ecological environment deterioration in Minqin area of Shiyang River Basin, and a handful of existing quantitative analysis work could not effectively analyze the mechanism of ecological environment deterioration in Minqin area. This paper tried to quantitatively analyze each effect of the reason for changes of water shortage in Minqin area, with the calculation of temporal-spatial changes of water supply and demand volume of Shiyang River Basin as research basis, the gaps between surface runoff water resource supply and water resource demand in normal producing and living environment as the volume of water shortage in Minqin area, and with water shortage in Minqin region as the direct reason for ecological environment deterioration in Minqin area and in Shiyang River Basin. This paper provided foundation for comprehensively analyzing the reasons for ecological environment deterioration in Minqin area of Shiyang .River Basin and also offered scientific reference and decision support for carrying out comprehensive and focused control of water resource in Shiyang River Basin nowadays. Based on the calculation of temporal-spatial changes of water supply and demand in Liangzhou and Minqin of Shiyang River Basin from 1964 to 2006, this paper analyzed the reasons for changes of water shortage in Minqin region. The results show as follows : ( 1 ) Over the past 43 years, water demand in both Liangzhou and Minqin areas has gone up generally, especially since 1990s water demand increased sharply; (2) Over nearly 43 years, gaps between water supply and demand both in Minqin and Liangzhou have been growing synchronously.
