摘 要: 玫瑰茄悬浮细胞合成花青素受光调节,将不同的单色滤光膜覆盖在摇瓶表面,控制光照强度,判定了蓝光(波长420~530nm)是促进玫瑰茄细胞产花青素的最有效单色光,花青素产量为416mg/l,和全色光下相当(396mg/l);红光和橙光(波长>580nm)无效;其它单色光随其波长接近蓝光,正效应增强.单色光对玫瑰茄细胞培养过程的其它参数,如pH值、降糖速度、细胞生物量等影响不大. The monochromic light effect of anthocyanin synthesis in Roselle suspension was studied by covering the agitated culture flasks with light_filter membranes. Through the spectrum of visible light, the blue displayed the most significant and positive effect, under which the output of anthocyanin in 50 ml of culture was more than 10 times higher than that under red light, orange light or darkness. Other lights with their wavelengths approaching that of the blue showed relatively more positive effects. The effective photospectrum of anthocyanin synthesis in Roselle cell was expected to be within 420~530 nm, and from which a mechanism of mediation by cryptochrome was supposed to be involved.
