摘　　要： 随着网络通信技术的飞速发展，数字化信息的储存和访问已成为一个研究和应用热点．本文针对数字化图书馆中的视频储存、阅读和检索等问题，探讨了一些关键技术，并介绍了一个数字化视频图书馆的具体实现———ＶｉＤｉ－Ｌｉｂ． Along with the flourish of communication techniques, storage and access of digitized information has become a hotspot for research and application. In this paper, key techniques on storage, browsing and retrieval of videos within digital libraries are discussed. ViDi_Lib, an implementation of digital video library, is also presented.
