摘　　要： 战略制定者在进行SWOT分析时通常都是使用定性的方法进行分析,但是主观的判断往往会导致错误的战略决策;应该采用杜邦分析法以提高SWOT分析的准确性;综合性的财务分析指标能够帮助战略制定者客观地评价目标公司的内部优势与劣势。 Strategic decision-makers usually use qualitative methods when they conduct SWOT analysis, but subjective evaluation may lead to wrong strategic decision. Dupont system should be applied to SWOT analysis in order to improve accuracy of evaluations. Comprehensive financial indicators can help strategic decision-makers objectively evaluate stresses and weakness of their targeted companies.
