摘 要: 从原始焊缝图像中准确检测出焊缝边缘、提取出焊缝中心位置,是实现焊缝跟踪的关键技术。将小波分析方法应用于焊缝图像处理中,首先对焊缝图像进行小波分解,然后对分解后的小波系数进行阈值处理,最后用阈值处理后的小波系数进行焊缝图像重构,有效降低了焊缝图像噪声,突出了熔池和焊缝边缘轮廓,便于机器识别及处理。接着再对消噪增强后的焊缝图像进行平滑、边缘检测,提取出焊缝中心线,用于焊缝自动跟踪控制。试验结果表明:该方法效果良好,能有效地提高焊缝跟踪精度。 Detecting the weld edge accurately from the original weld image,withdrawing the weld centre position,is the key technology of weld tracking. In this paper,the wavelet analysis method to weld image processing was applied,firstly wavelet decomposition to weld image and threshold processing to decomposing wavelet coefficient were carried on,and then weld image reconstruction using threshold processing wavelet coefficient were carried on,which had reduced weld image noise and highlighted the weld pool and weld edge outline effectively,that was advantageous for the machine identification and processing. After that the de-noising enhanced weld image was smoothed,weld edge was detected,weld middle line was withdrawed,weld automatic tracking control was realized. The test results indicated that this method effect was good,could increase weld tracking accuracy effectively.
