摘 要: 组织冲突归根到底还是人际冲突。人际冲突是客观存在的,它既有破坏性的一面,也有建设性的一面。文章在深入分析冲突原因的基础上,提出国有企事业单位人际冲突的管理要诊断冲突、预防破坏性冲突,进行理性和非理性相结合地管理冲突,有效激发和利用冲突,以实现组织创新,增强活力,提高管理绩效。 Conflicts in an organization are basically the people's conflicts.Personnel conflicts existed in our world have both destructive and constrictive sides.The paper analyzes the cause for the personal conflict,puts forward the ways to deal with personal conflicts in state-owned units:judges the conflicts,prevents the destructive ones,manages and uses conflicts with the combination of rational and irrational method,with a view to achieving the organizational innovation,strenthing more energetic and improving the management accomplishment.
