摘 要: 对煤油在内螺纹管中的单相紊流传热和摩擦阻力特性进行了实验研究,并将实验结果同煤油在光管中的实验结果作了比较。对内螺纹管的强化传热效果进行了评价,分析了内螺纹管强化传热的机理。提出了煤油在内螺纹管中的单相紊流传热关联式和摩擦阻力系数的关联式。 Experiments on heat transfer and frictional pressure drop of kerosene of single phase flow in the internally ribbed tube were conducted and compared with those of smooth tube.The experiments were performed in the regime of turbulent flow,with Reynolds number ranges from 10 000 to 22 000. The test results and performance of enhanced heat transfer in internally ribbed tube was evaluated. The result shows that the enhancement of heat transfer in internally ribbed tube is remarkable.Mechanism of enhance heat transfer in internally ribbed tube is discussed. Finally,correlations for heat transfer coefficients and frictional pressure drop coefficients of single phase turbulent flow in internally ribbed tube were proposed.
