摘　　要： 分析了图书馆员礼仪的构成要素,阐述了馆员礼仪对馆员形象及图书馆公众形象的塑造作用,提出了运用馆员礼仪塑造馆员形象及图书馆公众形象的对策。 This paper analyzes the components of the etiquette of librarians,expounds the functions of the etiquette of librarians on the shaping of the image of librarians and the public image of library,and puts forward some countermeasures for the shaping of the image of librarians and the public image of library by using the etiquette of librarians.
