摘　　要： 珠海城市的发展和变化成为各方关注的焦点,回顾珠海30年的发展历程,思考珠海发展的若干桎梏,需要认真对待几个实际问题:着力培育发展的内源动力,保持城市发展内核的延续性,增加人气、留住人才,大项目与其它门类良性互动,在边界合作中推进区域一体化。 Zhuhai urban development has been a focus for governmental officials,planners,scholars as well as common citizens.By reviewing the urban development in the past thirty years,put forward five key problems obstructing Zhuhai urban development.Our findings were as follows：special region was not always a good for urban development;planning had no capacity of solving all problems;human increase and stay of talent were vital for urban development;small-scale industry large-scale industry weighed equally;cross-boundary cooperation between neighborhood cities was essential to achieve regional integration.
