摘 要: [目的]为姜花属植物的引种驯化、杂交后代的培育提供基础研究资料。[方法]采用单因素试验法,研究温度、基质、光暗条件对普洱姜花种子萌发的影响,并且对其适宜的贮藏温度和湿度作了初步探讨。[结果]普洱姜花种子的适宜萌发温度为25~30℃;在珍珠岩、沙子、滤纸3种基质中,以珍珠岩为基质黑暗处理种子萌发率最高,且萌发整齐、迅速;种子不存在休眠现象,种皮也不存在抑制物质;贮藏时适宜保持干燥。[结论]影响普洱姜花种子萌发的主要因素是温度和基质的保水能力。 [Objective] The research aimed to provide basis for the domestication and cultivation of the hybridize offspring of Hedychium puerense Y.Y.Qian.[Method] The effect on the germination of Hedychium puerense Y.Y.Qian was studied under the condition of different temperature,substrate and light.Preliminary study on the storage humid and temperature were also conducted.[Result] The optimal temperature for the germination of seeds was 25-30 ℃.Among three substrate(perlite,sands,filter paper),the germination rate was the highest in perlite.There were no dormancy phenomenon when germinated and no inhibitory substance in the seeds.Desiccation was necessary in the storage of seeds.[Conclusion] The critical factors effected the germination were temperature and water conservation capacity of substrate.
