摘　　要： 描述了450 t/80 t铸造起重机结构形式及工作特点,通过现场静、动态应力测试,获得四梁四轨铸造起重机受力状况及应力水平,分析了端梁产生裂纹的原因,为起重机安全生产与维护提供了依据. The structural style and working characteristics of 450 t/80 t ladle crane are described.With the static and dynamic stress testing,the situation and the stress level of the four-beam and four-track ladle crane are obtained.The cases of the cracks on the end beams are analyzed,and the basis for the crane＇s safety and maintenance is presented.
