摘　　要： 分析了2类共5批盐肤木果实的常规营养成分,结果表明:每100 g盐肤木果实中含有油脂12.74～21.07 g、蛋白质9.31～11.64 g、还原糖3.18～4.19 g、灰分3.18～3.68 g。矿物元素含量分别为:Ca 59.97～111.7 2mg,Mg 39.27～95.75 mg,Zn 0.83～1.95 mg,Cu 1.47～2.36 mg,Pb 1.41～2.84 mg。分析结果表明,盐肤木果实具有很高的营养价值,开发应用前景广阔。 The convention nutritional components of fruits from five groups,two kinds Rhus chinensis Mill.were analyzed in this paper.The results showed that it contained 12.74-21.07 g oil,9.31-11.64 g protein,3.18-4.19 g reducing sugar,3.18-3.68 g ash,per 100 g fruit of Rhus chinensis Mill.and mineral elements were Ca 59.97-111.72 mg,Mg 39.27-95.75 mg,Zn 0.83-1.95 mg,Cu 1.47-2.36 mg and Pb 1.41-2.84 mg respectively.All this showed that the fruit of Rhus chinensis Mill.valued high nutrition and wide exploiting prospects.
