摘　　要： "全球地域化"主要讨论四个悖论,即全球性与地域性的悖论、趋同性与趋异性的悖论、普遍性与特殊性的悖论、宏观研究与微观研究的悖论。这一范式主要有三个研究方向:第一,它强调"全球化"在实现社会工作教育国际化中的作用;第二,它重视"地域化"在构建本土教育话语体系中的作用;第三,它着重分析"全球化"与"地域化"之间互动的、不可分割的过程,社会工作教育的发展总是在二者之间出现钟摆运动。当前中国内地社会工作教育发展遇到的最大问题并非"全球化"强势扩散所致,也并非本土实务经验不足,而是全球化趋势中地域性反思不足,"全球化"并没有与"地域化"进行真正对话,从而产生了一些"悖论性"的效果和问题。 The article tries to provide a new answer to this question from the perspective of glocalization.Glocalization mainly discusses four paradoxes：the paradox between globalization and localization,the paradox between convergence and divergence,the paradox between particularity and university,and the paradox between macroscopic and microcosmic.It emphasizes three aspects：first,it lays emphasis on the function of globalization in the internationalization of social work education;second,it attaches importance to the function of localization in the development of local social work education;third,it mainly analyzes the interactive and indiscerptible relationship between globalization and localization.The biggest challenge the social work education in mainland is facing is not from the diffusion of globalization or lack in experience in the development of local social work education,but from the partition of globalization and localization.
