摘　　要： 运用文献资料法和归纳演绎法,从中国经济体制改革和体育经济发展的历史进程的角度,遵循实践发展与理论进化两条主线,深入解读不同历史时期凸显的体育产权问题,并提出体育产权理论创新与制度创新的基本思路,为解决制约体育经济发展的产权问题提供参考。 By literature review and inductive and deductive analysis, from the historic perspective of economic reform and sports economic developing, this paper investigates the prominent problems about sports property right following the clues of practical development and theoretical evolution. Therefore it brings forward a framework of theoretical innovation and institutional innovation of sports property rights system, and provides reference to solve the practical problems.
