摘 要: 在发动机气道设计中,运用逆向工程和快速成型集成技术,基于实物原型,获取其点云数据,构建曲面;三维曲面数据导入UGII软件进行分析、优化,并进行模具设计;将三维数模进行分层处理,并把分层文件传送到MAXUM FDM快速成型机内进行成型。此技术途径大大降低了气道设计周期与成本,为新老产品的开发、改进与创新提供了一定的参考价值。 In the design of air intake of engine,reverse engineering and rapid prototyping technique are used in this paper. Based on the prototype of the material object,we capture the point cloud data and construct its curved surface. Three dimensional surface data is input into UGII software for the analysis poptimization,and mould design. The three--dimensional model is laminated and the laminated files are transmitted to MAXUM FDM rapid prototyping machine for prototyping. By implementing this technique in the design of air intake, it is expected to dramatically reduce the designing period and cost, and provide valuable references for development, improvement, and innovation of the new products.
