摘 要: 分别用硫酸和盐酸处理杭锦2#土制备活性白土,以其为载体制备SO42-/杭锦2#土固体酸催化剂,考察了不同酸处理载体对催化剂活性和稳定性的影响,并对催化剂进行BET、XRDI、R和TG-DTA表征.结果表明,硫酸处理载体制备的固体酸催化剂的稳定性明显高于盐酸处理所得的催化剂,这主要是由于不同酸处理对杭锦2#土的结构影响不同所致. SO2-4/Hangjin 2^# clay solid acid catalyst was prepared by using sulfuric acid treated clay and hydrochloric acid-treated clay as the support separately,the effects of different acid-treated support on the catalytic performance were investigated,and the catalysts were characterized by BET,XRD,IR and TG-DTA.The results revealed that SO4^2- Hangjin 2^# clay prepared by using sulfuric acid-treated clay is more stable than that of hydrochloric acid-treated clay that is related to the different structure of Hangjin 2^# clay induced by different acid treatment.
