摘 要: 了解我校高职大学生营养知识、态度和膳食行为的现状,为我校开展营养健康教育提供依据。方法:采用自编调查问卷,对我校697名在校大学生进行调查。结果:大学生营养知识平均得分为11.6±4.1分,存在一些不健康的饮食行为,如不吃早餐、挑食,奶类、豆类及其制品食用率低等。大多数学生营养态度良好,愿意接受更多的营养知识并改正不良的饮食习惯。结论:我校应采取多种形式的健康教育,以促进大学生形成良好的饮食行为。 Objective to study the nutritional knowledge,attitude and practice of undergraduates in guangdong industry technical college,and to provide basis for nutritional health education,methods with a self-designed questionnaire,nutritional knowledge,attitude and practice were surveyed among 697 undergraduates.The score of nutritional knowledge of undergraduates was 11.6 ±4.1.Most of them had some unhealthy dietary habits,such as skipping breakfast,having snacks,lacking of milk and legumes.Most of the students held a positive attitude towards nutrition,and they had a desire to master nutrition knowledge and was willing to change dietary habits for health.It is suggested that nutrition education activities should be implemented to make the higher vocational school students correct their unhealthy dietary habits.
