摘 要: 通过对垃圾焚烧炉二次配风的数值模拟与仿真,可获得和预测炉膛内气体燃烧的状况,从而为焚烧炉二次风的设计和改进提供参考。利用CFD技术,对某处理能力为750 t/d的垃圾焚烧炉建立模型,模拟炉内的气相燃烧过程,研究二次风对焚烧炉燃烧过程的影响。结果表明:无二次风时,焚烧炉内燃烧不完全;通过对二次风喷嘴的优化布置,可燃组分在锅炉内燃烧状况良好,停留时间及温度分布满足二噁英控制的需要。 Through the numerical simulation on the secondary air distribution in the waste incinerator,the gas combustion condition in the furnace can be obtained and predicted,which provided references for the design and improvement of the secondary air.Based on the CFD technique,the model of the waste incinerator with the waste processing ability of 750 t/h was built,the gas combustion process in the furnace was simulated,and the effect of the secondary air on the combustion process was studied.The results showed that the combustion in the furnace was incomplete without the secondary air.Through the optimal layout of the secondary air nozzle,the combustion condition of the combustible component was good,and the residence time and temperature distribution met the requirements of the dioxin control.
