摘　　要： 深圳证券市场形成背景和发展主线,是其发展过程中的两个基础性重大问题。历史证明,深圳证券市场是在党的十一届三中全会指引下,以社会主义初级阶段理论为基石,以邓小平理论、"三个代表"重要思想及科学发展观为指导,以社会主义市场经济体制为依托,在创建经济特区这一思路的强力推动下,在股份制经济发展和转换企业经营机制的现实要求下建立和发展起来的。在此基础上,紧紧围绕发展、规范、探索创新这一主线而不断发展壮大。 The background of the emergence of Shenzhen stock market and the development mainline are the two fundamental questions in the course of its development. History has proven that Shenzhen stock market was built under the guidance of the Third Plenary Session of the llth Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, based on the corner stone of the theory of early socialist stage, with Deng Xiaoping＇s theory, the thought of ＂three represents＂ and the scientific outlook on development as its guiding principles, with socialist market economical system as its basis, powerfully driven by the thought of constructing economic special zone and the practical demands of developing shareholding economy and transforming the managerial systems of corporations. Based on the above conditions, the Shenzhen stock market has been developing and expanding along the mainline of development, regulation and innovation.
