基于钢箱梁结构改进的铺装层受力优化研究

摘  要: 对于钢箱梁桥面铺装早期破坏严重的问题,国内外进行了大量研究以寻求解决办法,如采用造价昂贵的环氧沥青、增加钢箱梁顶板厚度等,但问题依旧未能从根本上解决。以广州珠江黄埔大桥悬索桥的钢箱梁铺装体系为例,从经济性和易于工程实施角度出发,提出在钢箱梁顶板纵向加劲肋之间加设横向加劲小肋,以优化铺装体系受力,并对加劲肋形状的影响进行了比较分析。结果表明,该方法可以有效减小铺装层的危险应力,同时钢箱梁的受力状况没有明显变化,且箱梁重量增加较小。该方案已在珠江黄埔大桥的部分梁段进行了实践,经工程测试表明该方案达到了预期目的。 Lots of works have been done to deal with the damage of steel box girder pavement,such as by the application of expansive epoxy asphalt pavement and increasing the thickness deck of the steel girder,etc.But the damage of the pavement is still very serious.On the basis of the mechanical analysis of steel box girder deck pavement system of Pearl River Huangpu Suspension Bridge,an optimized idea is proposed that the transverse short ribbed stiffeners are added between two longitudinal stiffeners on the deck,and the optimized geometry and thickness of these short ribbed stiffeners are studied.The analysis shows that the present method can optimize the stress states of the pavement efficiently,and ensure the stress states of steel girder changes little,and the weight increment of box girder is small.The optimized method is applied in some girder sections of Peral River Huangpu Bridge,the engineering tests show the optimization on the stress of pavement is as expected.
