摘 要: 为改善锥式磨浆机的磨浆效果,降低其能耗,基于锥式磨盘的动力学分析,推导了磨盘对悬浮纤维有效摩擦功与磨盘锥角的关系式,分析了锥式磨浆机中磨盘锥角的变化对有效磨浆功、有效表面负荷、轴向力及刀棒间隙精度的影响。分析结果表明,通过适当增大锥角,可以提高有效磨浆功,改善磨浆效果。 To improving refining result of refiner and reduce its refining energy,the relational expression of the specific refining energy and cone angle was deduced based on dynamical analysis on refiner.The contribution of cone angle was discussed by analyzing the specific refi-ning energy,the specific surface load,axial load and bars gap clearance.The analysis results show that optimum cone angle can improve the specific refining energy and refining result.
