摘 要: 基于HydraN软件对常德冲柳地区复杂河网进行稳态和非稳态两种模式下的河网概化及河流动态进行了模拟,并在此基础上建立了该区域的泵站、电排及闸门等水工构筑物的联合配水优化调度及防洪决策支持系统。结合当地防洪经验和条件提出了该区域不同雨水情条件下的优化调度方案。研究表明,该防洪决策支持系统可对各水工构筑物进行准确直接调控,因而对长江中下游复杂河网地区的防洪减灾及水资源和能源的优化利用具有较明显的实际应用效果和社会经济效益。 Based on HydraN, the river network generalization and the dynamics of river are simulated under the stable and unstable conditions for the complicated river network of Chongliu Region in Changde District of Hunan Province, and then an optimized water distribution and flood control decision-making support system for the pump stations, electric drainage stations and sluices therein is established. Furthermore, the optimized operation schemes under various rainwater conditions are put forward in combination with the local flood control experiences and conditions for the region. The study shows that all the hydraulic structures and water works within the region can be accurately controlled with this system, and then it has obvious actual application effect and can get better social and economic benefit during the flood control and disaster alleviation with the optimized utilizations of the water resources and energy for the region of complicated river network along the Mid-Lower Changjiang River
