摘 要: 本文研究工业区大气污染对儿童肺功能影响,分别对大气污染区与对照区儿童进行肺功能测定、问卷调查及大气中SO2、NOx监测。在控制儿童年龄、性别、身高及被动吸烟等因素后,结果显示儿童肺功能指标中的MMF、V25和V50与空气中NOx的日平均浓度呈明显负相关,提示工业区大气污染是影响儿童呼吸系统健康的危险因素。 The effects of air pollution ion pulmonary function was evaluated in primary school aged children from a industrial area Based on mensurements of sulfur dioxide,Nitrogen oxide and lung function tests as well as questionnaires were compared with the children in the two different exposure zones After controlliong for age,sex,height and exposure to passive smoking,the lung function indexes,such as,MMF,V 25 and V 50 ,negativly correlated with daily average concentrations of nitrogen oxide significantly The results provide evidence that air pollution are risk factors for children respiratory health
