摘 要: 以聚合反应器中存在的传热、传质问题为研究背景,设计了双螺带-斜叶(45°)双驱动变速组合型搅拌器。在实验室基础上,探讨了这一搅拌器的流型、功率消耗、混合特性和传热性能,为该组合桨的开发应用奠定了基础。通过实验研究得出功率准数、传热膜系数关联式;分析了影响混合时间和分隔指数的主要因素;同时根据剪切循环理论,确定了双桨的桨型配合、最佳转速匹配。 The dual-spiral ribbon-inclined (45 °)-blade paddle twice run combined impeller was designed based on the existing problems of heat and mass transfer in the present national synthetic rubber industry.The flow pattern,mixing characteristic and heat transfer performance of this combined impeller were studied on the basis of laboratory cold simulation test.It is expected to lay a foundation for the development of this combined impeller.Through experiment equation of power number and heat transfer coefficient were obtained.The factors affecting the mixing time and segregating index were analyzed.Meanwhile on the principle of the theory of shear-circulation,the ordonnance of the twin impellers styles and the optimum matching of the rotational speeds were determined.
