摘　　要： 参考国内外生态补偿机制的相关研究成果,针对广东生态发展区生态资源丰富、经济发展滞后、产业结构层次较低等基本情况,从理论角度、功能区划和科学发展观三方面分析建立生态补偿的必要性,从省政府角度、生态发展区角度、市政府角度和当地群众角度四方面,有针对性地提出广东生态发展区生态补偿机制建设对策。 This paper has analysed the necessity of eco-compensation mechanism establishment.The fundamental state has been analysed from rich ecological resources,sluggish economic development and low level industrial structure in Guangdong ecological development areas.The necessity has been discussed to construct eco-compensation mechanism from the theoretical view,functional division and the science-based development.At last,it has put forward proposal well targeted at four different angles,from the provincial government,ecological development areas,the municipal government and the local people.
