摘 要: 采用16S rDNA PCR-DGGE技术,对大宝山重金属污染土壤中的微生物群落多样性进行了分析,并对其中的优势种群进行了比较研究.结果表明,重金属污染土壤中的微生物还保持着高的多样性;克隆测序结果表明重金属污染土壤中的优势菌大多为未培养菌(Uncultured bacterica),其主要优势菌群为未培养的α-变形菌纲alpha Pro-teobacterium、劳尔氏菌属Ralstonia、酸杆菌门Acidobacteria和放线菌属Actinobacterium,以及产卟啉菌属Porphy-robacter、Pseudochrobactrum、无色杆菌属Achromobacter和链霉菌属Streptomyces等. The microbial diversity of the dominant mirobes in heavy metals contaminated soil from Dabaoshan area was studied by 16S rDNA PCR and denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis (DGGE). The heavy metals contaminated soil showed microbial diversity. The result of sequence showed that most of the dominant microorganisms in heavy metal contaminated soil were uncultured bacterium, including Uncultured alpha Proteobacterium, Uncultured Ralstonia, Uncultured Acidobacteria, Uncultured Actinobacterium, Porphyrobacter, Pseudochrobactrum ,Achromobacter and Streptomyces etc.
